Ken Reed is a third generation Los Angeles native, growing up in La Canada. He graduated from UC San Diego with a BA in Philosophy and Psychology. He earned his JD from USC, and his LL.M. (ADR) from Pepperdine. He took full advantage of school programs to study abroad, spending a summer school session at Pembroke College, Cambridge, England, studying the history of English architecture, an externship with the World Health Organization, Geneva, Switzerland, designing a dispute resolution system for the internet environment, and an externship with the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, D.C., working with the agency’s Dispute Resolution Specialist, office of the General Counsel. Additionally, he has lived and worked in Tokyo for approximately six months working with a corporate client. He has lived in San Pedro, Long Beach, and currently resides in Redondo Beach. His hobbies include golf, landscape painting, improvisational acting, and winemaking.
